  • An introduction to the foundations of yoga movement and philosophy. This class will teach the most common poses, their name, movement and how to make them work for your body. As well as an introduction to your breath and how we use the breath as we move in yoga. And finally, a sprinkle of yoga philosophy and how we can incorporate that into our modern life. Suitable for brand new students and those who have been out of movement practice for a while.
